About Us…

Liz and Andy Burgess – owners, have a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality industry and have many years of experience working in the luxury hotel sector across Scotland.

We moved to the idyllic seaside town of Nairn in 2005. Together we wanted to create a unique and special guest house. Whilst Andy spends most of the week involved in unique hotels in Aberdeen, Liz has devoted her time to creating Sandown as an award-winning B&B, which opened to guests in 2010.
